How to Drive in the Rain

Driving in the rain is never fun but if there are some issues going on with your vehicle this can be an even greater challenge. Ensuring that you keep up with some routine maintenance of your vehicle can help you safely drive with precipitation falling and there are some simple tips to help keep you safe.

Make sure that you replace your windshield wiper blades periodically. It is recommended that you do this every twelve months or so but if you have winter wiper blades on and it is now spring, you should swap them out.

Keep an eye on the tread of your tires. When the tread starts to get really low and you're in need of new tires, don't put this off. If you hydroplane or are driving in some pretty wet weather, you could be putting yourself in danger.
